I am a MS student in the Dept. of Computer Science. I did my B.A Degree in Biology at the University of Louisville. I worked for about seven years in the Programming Dept at Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance, starting around 1996. For the first three years or so
I worked on mainframe COBOL/CICS programs, and was responsible for their AP and General Ledger systems. Then I switched to the PC development group, and worked for about one year on VB applications, then another three years on Java/Servlet web applications. For the last 2 years I've been working part-time as a computer specialist for the Consortium Research Fellows Program at ARI in Fort Knox http://www.consortium.org/crfp.asp
